Life lately

We're very lucky that we are given lunch at VStar however, we always have an hour to kill after we've eaten and before we have to be back in the office. So what do we do during this time... we go for coffee! We've tried all sorts of places from side-of-the-road cafes to Starbucks.

Cheesecake, chocolate cake and coffee

Master's Cup... they make the best grilled chicken burgers

Last Saturday night, we went into town to meet Marius and we watched the Sharks game. It was a rather stressful game, but luckily they pulled it off and managed a win!

Plenty of people have told us about an awesome Indian restaurant near us, Ganesh, so on Sunday night we eventually tried it out. It did not disappoint at all! We didn't realise we missed curry until we walked in and smelt the amazing food. We had lamb and potato samosa's which were a very interesting shape but extremely delicious! We also had butter chicken, chicken korma and a huge naan bread. We had plenty of leftovers for lunch on Monday.

Aaaaaaaamazing samoosas!

The naan bread was HUGE!

The other day, we saw this Batman looking bike (only it was white instead of black) in the parking lot so we had to snap a pic of it!

A friend of ours told us about a restaurant that has an amazing lunch time deal. We each got chicken quesadillas; a chicken, bacon and cheese burger and a chocolate brownie for only 165,000 Dong (R85). We will definitely be going back to Al Fresco's! They also had crayons so that you can draw on the paper tablecloth, amazing!!

There is a restaurant around the corner from us that sells beer for 6000 Dong (R3)!! They also have amazing food so we went there with some friends from work.
